COLMAN CENTER
Raising expectations, a new kind of office building
On the periphery of Pioneer Square and a block from the waterfront, Triad and co-developer Goodman Real Estate are on a mission to create a new kind of office building. Designed with Seattle's "creative class" in mind, the Colman Center will unite a myriad of innovative and sustainable features in an effort to encourage creative thinking and productivity.
Scheduled to break ground in June 2007, this 12-story 175,000 square-foot office building will proudly boast a roof-top terrace, open decks on every floor, 11 foot ceilings, unparalleled views, operable windows to take advantage of the fresh waterfront breeze, and LEED Silver construction. A community bicycle fleet, shower/locker room, energy-efficient fixtures, and green roof are just a few examples of the sustainable elements incorporated to encourage use of Seattle's responsible transit options and reduce its environmental impact.
With its great location and forward-thinking design, the Colman Center has the potential to become a hub of creative energy in downtown Seattle. |
